Details and care
An openwork tree of life with sparkling clear stones set among its branches, on a sterling silver chain. A meaningful piece to give, or to keep for yourself.
Sterling silver is 92.5% pure silver. Store each piece on its own in its pouch or box, away from air and humidity. Put jewellery on after perfume, creams and hairspray, and take it off before swimming, bathing or exercise. Clean gently with a soft polishing cloth. Plated pieces should not be polished hard, as this can wear the plating.
Shipping and delivery
We deliver across the UAE and to Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman. Delivery times and charges are shown at checkout before you pay. Orders delivered outside the UAE may be subject to import VAT and customs duties, payable by the recipient on delivery. Public holidays may add to delivery times.
Payment
Pay securely by card at checkout. Your card details are handled by our payment provider and are never stored on this website. You receive an order confirmation and invoice by email.
Returns and refund
We do not accept returns for change of mind, so please check the details and photos before you order. If a piece arrives damaged, is not what you ordered or develops a fault within 12 months, we repair it, replace it or refund you. Our Cancellation, Returns and Refund Policy has the details.
