These terms apply when you visit silvazar.com (the “site”) or buy from us. “Silvazar”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Silvazar FZC, holder of trade licence no. 1218 issued by the Sharjah Research, Technology and Innovation Park, whose registered address is Business Center, Building B, Block 07-17, Sharjah Research, Technology and Innovation Park, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. “You” means the person using the site or placing an order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

By placing an order you accept these terms, together with our Privacy Policy and our Cancellation, Returns and Refund Policy. Please read them before you buy. Nothing in these terms takes away the rights you have under UAE consumer protection law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Who can buy<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

You must be legally able to enter into a binding contract under UAE law. If you are buying for a company, you confirm that you are authorised to do so.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Our jewellery<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Every piece is made of 925 sterling silver: 92.5% pure silver. Pieces described as yellow or rose are sterling silver plated with gold. We describe each piece, its stones and its finish as accurately as we can, and we photograph the actual designs. Silver and stones are natural materials, so small differences in colour, shine and size from the photos are normal and are not a defect. Screens also show colours differently.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sterling silver darkens over time when it meets air, skin and moisture. This is natural, it is not a defect, and it can be cleaned. Gold plating thins gradually with wear. Our care advice on each product page helps it last longer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Prices and payment<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

All prices are in UAE dirhams (AED). Silvazar is not currently registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged. If that changes, any VAT will be shown separately at checkout and on your invoice before you pay.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay. Orders delivered outside the UAE may be charged import VAT and customs duties by the destination country. These are collected from the recipient on delivery and are not part of our price.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We accept debit and credit cards. Payments are processed by Stripe, a licensed payment provider. Your card details go directly to Stripe and are never stored on our site. Your card is charged when you place your order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If a price on the site is clearly wrong because of an error, for example a piece showing at a fraction of its real price, we will tell you before we dispatch the order. You can then choose to pay the correct price or cancel for a full refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Your order<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

When you place an order you receive an email confirming that we have received it. The contract between us is formed when we dispatch your order and send you a dispatch confirmation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch if a piece is out of stock, if there is a pricing error or if we cannot deliver to your address. If we cancel for one of these reasons, we refund everything you paid, in full, to the card you used. Orders that cannot pass the checks in section 5 are dealt with as section 5 explains.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. Identity checks<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

As a dealer in precious metals and stones, we must follow UAE anti-money laundering rules. For some orders, including high-value orders, we may ask you to confirm your identity, for example with a copy of your Emirates ID or passport, and that the card used is in your name. We hold the order until the check is complete. If you do not provide what we ask for within 14 days, or if the check cannot be completed, we will not complete the order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In that case, the payment is handled as UAE anti-money laundering law requires. This may mean that we cannot return it straight away, and that we return it only when, and in the way, the competent authorities allow. We are not responsible for any delay this causes. We keep the records of these checks for at least five years, as the law requires, and use them only for this purpose.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6. Delivery<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

We deliver within the United Arab Emirates and to Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman. The delivery options, charges and estimated times for your address are shown at checkout. Estimated times are not guaranteed, and public holidays and customs clearance can add to them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Because our pieces are valuable, the courier may ask for a signature or proof of identity on delivery. Please make sure the delivery address and phone number are correct. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or nobody was available after the courier’s delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange delivery again at your cost, or refund the order less the delivery charges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please check your parcel when it arrives. If the packaging is damaged or the parcel has been opened, note it with the courier and tell us within 48 hours (see our Cancellation, Returns and Refund Policy).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

7. Your account<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

You need a Silvazar account to place an order. Your account is created when you place your first order, from the name, email address, phone number and address you give at checkout, and we email you a link to set your password. We need these details to deliver your order, to send your invoice and receipt by email, to verify your identity where the law requires it, and to keep your order history, so that you can track an order or buy a piece again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The details you give must be true, complete and your own, and you must keep them up to date. Keep your password private and tell us straight away at cs@silvazar.com<\/a> if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for everything done through your account until you tell us. We may suspend or close an account that is used in breach of these terms or for any unlawful purpose.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

8. Using the site<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The designs, photographs, texts, logos and the Silvazar name on this site belong to Silvazar or are used with permission. You may view them and share links to them for personal use. You may not copy, sell or reuse them, or use our name or logo, without our written permission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Copying, downloading, reproducing, publishing or using any of this content without our written permission, in whole or in part and by any means, infringes our intellectual property rights. This includes using our designs, photographs or product descriptions on another website, marketplace or social media account, and making or selling copies or imitations of our designs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You must not misuse the site in any way. In particular, you must not try to gain access to accounts, data or systems that are not yours; interfere with, overload or disrupt the site or its security; introduce viruses or other harmful code; use robots, scrapers or other automated tools to collect content or data; or use the site for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Anyone who does any of these things breaches these terms and UAE law. We may suspend or close their account, block their access, report them to the competent authorities and take legal action against them. They are liable to us, to the full extent permitted by law, for the loss and damage they cause, including the costs of the action we take.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

9. Limits of our liability<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

We are responsible for supplying jewellery that matches its description and is free from defects, as set out in our Cancellation, Returns and Refund Policy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our total liability to you for any claim connected with a piece, however it arises, is limited to the price you paid for that piece. We will not pay any compensation above that amount.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
